Free, always. We check every event by hand before it goes live.

How it works

  1. Send the form. You'll get an email confirming we have it.
  2. We check the details and the link, usually within two days.
  3. It goes live in Coming Up and every page it fits (plans, neighbourhoods, Afro & Caribbean), and we email you.

Events already on Ticketmaster or Showpass show up on their own. Selling through Eventbrite with lots of events? Email thecalgaryloop@gmail.com and we'll follow your organizer page so every new event appears automatically. Want extra reach? See featured placements.
